Ignatius Justin, President
Iggy got his start in construction on the tiny Caribbean island of St. Lucia (the inspiration for our palm tree logo), where he grew up. After relocating to the U.S., he began his career in drywall in the 1990s, working his way up from carpenter to foreman to estimator/project manager for P&P Contractors. In 2008, he established The Justin Company and has been steadily growing the company ever since. Iggy lives with his wife and two daughters in Olney, Maryland.
Diana Owen, Vice President
Diana has been with The Justin Company since 2009 and spent her first few years with the company in sales and business development. Currently, her work at Justin focuses on company operations, human resources, compliance, and accounting. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Potomac, MD.
Gerardo Ruvalcaba, Jr., VP, Operations
Gerardo started at The Justin Company as a drywall mechanic, quickly learning the trade and eventually becoming a project manager and now partner. Gerardo is passionate about building great relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees. He lives with his wife and two sons in Stafford, VA.
